Quantum acoustics can revolutionize sensors and many other technologies.

“Computational modeling reveals how stretching and squeezing a diamond’s crystal lattice precisely tunes the dynamic quantum states of silicon-vacancy defects, paving the way for highly adaptive, ultra-precise quantum sensors. Credit: SUTD” (ScitechDaily, Stretching Diamonds Unlocks Powerful New Quantum Sensing Abilities)

Quantum acoustics can be the tool behind new types of sonar technology. And it can also make it possible. To create new engine systems and acoustic protective fields. Or they can move objects on a quantum scale.

The diamond. The laser beam is put to oscillate. Can send an acoustic beam. Though the oscillation amplifier. That makes it possible to create extremely powerful acoustic waves. When the system sends laser beams to the diamond. That causes oscillation in the structure.

Acoustic lasers. They can be used to measure gravity fields. In those cases, the acoustic lasers hover nanoparticles in the chamber. And the system can measure the behavior of those particles. But this kind of technology makes it possible to create extremely accurate sensor technology.

The nanoparticle hovers in the chamber, and the system observes its oscillation. This system can create quantum microphones. There, those nanoparticles hover in nanotubes. And the systems can observe their oscillation. This kind of sensor technology is a new tool for ultra-accurate microphones. And maybe they are used in systems that news claims to see a human heartbeat across kilometers.

But quantum acoustics makes it possible to create new types of sonar-systems. The quantum acoustic system. It can be the two internal fullerene balls. Or a fullerene ball that involves other particles. It can act as a sound source. When the electromagnetic system sends waves to those structures. The oscillation. Turns into wave movement.

In some models, this kind of acoustic system can act. As coustic weapons. The DNA molecule is pulled through those nanoballs. Then that makes the DNA bites. Act like a guitar string. That puts the other DNA molecules around them to oscillate. And that can break the DNA double helix structure.

The quantum organs. That are. The miniaturized LRAD systems can also create acoustic protective fields. The quantum acoustic system can create a powerful acoustic wave. The acoustic wave can turn the air stronger than steel. That can crush incoming objects.

Or the system can make. The acoustic drill. The high-precision acoustic beam can drill structures. The nano diamond is in the fullerene ball. Then the system sends the acoustic wave to that diamond. The carbon chain on the diamond focuses the acoustic beam to the target. When something closes the surface, the system sends that beam to the incoming target. That can break their structures.

“A new ultra-cold device developed at McGill University can generate controlled sound-like quantum vibrations known as phonons. The discovery could open the door to future technologies that use sound in ways similar to how modern systems use light and electricity. The system that we can call quantum organs can revolutionize acoustic technology. The quantum particles. Like fullerene hovers in a nanotube, which aims the sound signal. Then the system aims laser beams at those particles. Which puts them into oscillation. This makes it possible to create the quantum loudspeakers. Those systems can be the new tools in sonar technology. But the quanutum loudspeakers. It can also make the new types of engine systems possible.

The quantum acoustic engine means the electromagnetic system. The quantum structure turns electromagnetic waves into acoustic waves. One of those systems is the so-called laser engine. The laser beam that shot through the nanotube expands the gas in that tube. And that expanding gas forms a wave movement. That pushes craft forward and makes the levitation possible. In some versions.

This futuristic system. That is still. At a theoretical level. Uses nanoparticles to create those waves. The microwave or laser beam makes those particles oscillate. And they oscillate with a wavelength. That is the same. As their diameter is. This means that if the acoustic levitation system uses infrasound. It can make those levitating systems silent. Quantum acoustics is a multipurpose tool.

Hypersonic missiles are coming into use. With a new volume.

The B-1B with ARRW.

The AGM-183 ARRW ("Air-Launched Rapid Response Weapon")ARRW. First time seen under the B-1 “Lancer” bomber. This missile will reach a speed of Mach 7+. ts operational range is 1600 km. And it's a new type of hypersonic weapon in the U.S. arsenal. The main carrier plane.  At first, it will be B-52 and B-1. But this missile can also be launched from an F-15.  The ARRW is quite similar to the Russian Kh-47M2 Kinzhal. The ARRW uses a rocket engine. And it can be launched from the high stratosphere. The system has a more powerful booster than Kinzhal, or its aerodynamics is more advanced. The B-1B bomber has new extended carrier racks for the missiles. And that gives a hint. Maybe. There are more large-scale missiles. Entering service. And one potential newbie is the anti-satellite, ASAT system. There is also a possibility.

That. Those racks can serve things like laser weapons. But the fact is that. There must be something that requires the B-1B to return to service. The B-1B returned to service. From the Davis Monthan AFB, the “Boneyard”, where it was stored in 2021. restoring that plane into operational service means. That there is some kind of, maybe interesting role for those heavy bombers. Returning that plane into service. Required a lot of modernization. And along with another similar project, that means there is something big going on. The information tells. The B-1B continues its service until 2037. In the same way, the B-2 continues its career with the new B-21 “Raider”. The B-52 gets new engines. But the USAF searches. For a successor to that plane that served for 70 years. The career of that incredible machine continues.

The HAWC concept.

The USAF also has a more ambitious missile project than ARRW. That project is called Hypersonic Air-breathing Weapon Concept, HAWC. The HAWC will be an air-breathing stand-off weapon.  The B-52 will be its main carrier. And that weapon causes interesting thoughts. The Minuteman ICBM or some mobile missile system can carry those hypersonic weapons. The missile. It can jump out. From the atmosphere and dive back. And that allows the launch of the ramjet or scramjet missile. The HAWC concept uses. A kinetic energy weapon. And that system requires pinpoint accuracy. The HAWC concept can also be used as a carrier bus for the ASAT. Or longer-range missiles. The HAWC can transport the rocket as high as. If possible, it can launch that missile. The HAWC can act as a study project for larger-scale hypersonic systems.

Those things can be meant. In response to the Russian new Kh-101 missiles. Those missiles are seen under the Tu-95 MS Bear H nuclear bomber. The new Russian weapons can be more advanced than previous ones. The question. It is about the components that those new missiles require. The Ukraine war. It is the thing that forces Russia. To renew its weapon storage when old ones are used. If those new types of missiles  are more effective than previous ones, that is the new threat to NATO.  The Tu-95 Bear MS is seen over the Arctic Circle, carrying a Kh-101 missile. Or it's a mockup. But there is always a possibility. The next missile under those bombers is hypersonic. The Kh-101 is quite similar to Kalibr. That means it's always possible that the Kh-101 is simulating the Kalibr missile.

The Tu-95 MS with Kh-101. “Edited screengrab showing the Tu-95MS strategic bomber taking off with a Kh-101/102 ALCM on the port (left-side) wing. Marked in red colour. (Image credit: Russian Ministry of Defense)”. (The Avionist)

The Russians don’t tell much about their projects in the military ecosystem. But there is a possibility. that the Russians plan. The use of heavy bombers for carrying those hypersonic missiles. The new missile can use a two-stage rocket booster. That would make them more effective than the Kinzhal is. The problem with Kinzhal missiles is the short burning time. And that limits the missile operations. But the hypersonic missile. That technology, used in Kalibr missiles, can solve that problem. And that makes the Russian air force deadlier than before.

There is no evidence that Kalibr-hypersonic missiles are installed on board Tu-95 Bear MS or any other Russian aircraft. But maybe they are made discussions about that option. The Kalibr is a naval weapon. But it is possible. To carry by using Tu-160, Tu22M, or Tu-95 MS. There is also a possibility that the Russian air force uses the Kalibr missile as the base for development of the new and fast hypersonic missiles. So, maybe we see some new hypersonic missiles under those bombers. But the Kh-101 is also a very frightening system.

This new rover is far faster than previous Mars rovers.

"Legged robot performing analogue tests in Marslabor at the University of Basel. Credit: Dr. Tomaso Bontognali" (ScitechDaily, This Robot Could Explore Mars 3x Faster Than Today’s Rovers)

Mars rovers like Curiosity are impressive. But the fact is that. The Curiosity rover is launched. In 2011, and that means it’s over a decade old. And the new technology beats that rover anytime. The next-generation rovers are different than Curiosity. Modern rovers use feet. And that makes them more capable of operating. In bad terrain. Than rovers that use wheels. The new rovers mimic animals like dogs or cats. And that gives them a very impressive terrain capacity. Walking vehicles are tools that can make a new age for space research. The new systems use more advanced semi-automatic technology than Curiosity. They are more autonomous. In some visions, things like drone swarms.

Or small-sized walking drones to research planets like Venus or their surfaces. The problem with long-term space missions is the time. Those systems must operate. When we send a probe to Saturn’s moon, Titan, or into the farther distance. Like Uranus and Neptune, the flight time would be incredible. The Cassini spacecraft traveled to Saturn for about 7 years. The launch time was October 15, 1997. And the probe entered. The Saturn orbiter on July 1, 2004. The flight time means that the probe. What is sent to that trip is old-fashioned when it arrives at the orbiter. The flight time to Neptune is far longer than the travel to Saturn.

"On the left: the robot performing autonomous measurements of a rock with MICRO and Raman. On the right: examples of images from the microscopic imager (MICRO) returned by the robot, showing the texture of three different lunar analogue materials in RGB, UV, and IR. The flight time to that planet is approximately 12-14 years. That means the technology. That used for the spacecraft is old-fashioned when that system arrives at the orbiter. Another problem is that. Space is. A very big and mysterious place with big surprises. The GRB, or FRB (Gamma-Ray Bursts, or Fast Radio Bursts), can destroy spacecraft in seconds. The solar system is full of asteroids. Most of them are centimeter-class particles. And if one of them impacts the spacecraft, that causes destruction. This is the reason. Why drone swarms and small robot packs are suitable for deep space missions. When one of those participants is destroyed, that doesn’t affect other systems. A futuristic probe solution. It can be. Like balls that are connected with a net. That structure can help those probes to survive. From long-term space travel.

The swarm or pack of robots can operate in larger areas. Existence of the atmosphere is the thing. That determines. The way. Those robots can move. The robot. That flies using propellers require an atmosphere. The robot pack. That moves on the ground requires systems.

And structures. That allows them to move on an icy surface. The AI-controlled, biomicking robots that mimic creatures like snow leopards can operate on the surface of icy moons. The lack of atmosphere makes suction cups ineffective.  So those systems require the hooks or claws that it can use on those icy shells of distant moons.

Are drones the end of the combat helicopter?

Source: Ukrainian Defence Ministry”

“The proliferation of small, cheap, remotely guided drones has led some to question if crewed helicopters have a viable future in combat.” (FlightGlobal, How the Ukraine war has (and has not) changed the helicopter’s role in combat)

The role of the helicopter in a combat area is strong. Until drones came. And we might ask, what is the future of the helicopter? Today, helicopters are still needed for troop transportation. Cases like Maduro, the Venezuelan president’s capture, are impossible without helicopters and human operators. But helicopters require advancements. Like a higher speed to survive in a combat zone. The new anti-drone kamikaze drones can make operations like Maduro's capture impossible or more dangerous. Those drones can wait on roofs and then attack helicopters. The medium-sized kamikaze drones and cruise missiles can carry air-to-air missiles for attacking aerial targets.

This means that the drones might not kill helicopters, but they can change the tactics and models of helicopters. But helicopters are also advancing. Active denial systems. Like lasers and microwaves can improve a helicopter’s survivability. Combat helicopters like Ka-52 “Alligator”. Faced a lot of losses in Ukraine. And the reason for that is that. Those helicopters are used near the front line. And those crews were not prepared for drones. The thing is that the tactics are also advancing. The EMP- and ECM-based denial systems can also make helicopters still valuable. Helicopters can use their machine guns, laser-guided rockets, and bullets against the drones. Intelligent ammunition increases those helicopters' abilities.

Things like high-speed jets and missiles. These are systems that should render helicopters obsolete. Unable to operate. The missile threat caused a situation. There helicopters. Started to operate with jet fighters. The next-generation helicopters can be faster, stealthier, and equipped with multi-purpose systems. Those systems can sweep the area. And destroy the computers. Of the drones. The anti-radiation missiles can affect the drone operators or their control systems. The optical wire-control drone is problematic because the “light leak” uncovers the point. Where the operator sits. Or the location of the control system.  The laser weapon can also cut those control wires.

Ka-52. This helicopter played a big role in the combat area. There is a possibility. The crews were not prepared for drones. It’s also possible that the lack of fire-and-forget weapons caused lots of losses. If the weapon uses traditional laser guidance. The pilot must keep those helicopters steady. And that gives the defender time to aim fire at those systems.

Russia is believed to have lost several Kamov Ka-52 coaxial attack helicopters during the failed air assault on Antonov airport in Hostomel, Ukraine.”(FlightGlobal, How the Ukraine war has (and has not) changed the helicopter’s role in combat)

Source: US Marine Corps

“Ukraine has expressed an interest in purchasing AH-1Z attack and UH-1Y utility helicopters from US rotorcraft manufacturer Bell” (FlightGlobal, How the Ukraine war has (and has not) changed the helicopter’s role in combat)

The helicopter can sweep the roofs by using EMP pulses. When we look at the history of warfare, the new systems cause chaos when they arrive. But then the counter-tactics. And countermeasures are advancing. Helicopters can act as platforms. For drones and counter-drones. The problem with drones is this: anyone can buy them. And anyone can turn them into weapons. A drone is more than a missile. It can be dropped from an aerial vehicle, a satellite, or from a pocket. A drone can lie on the roof of trucks. This allows it to slip into military bases. The battery capacity limits its operational radius. The new batteries. Those that can be reloaded in seconds are tools that can turn drones more capable. The futuristic drones can reload those batteries. From other drones wirelessly. Or. Using the wire that is connected to the manipulator.

But then back to helicopters. Any protection and weapon systems are useless if they are not in use. The EMP and ECM require activation. And the new types of weapons that put operators to sleep by using signals that activate cerebral centers. In the brain. Can deny the use of drones. But the fact is that. People like drug dealers can also use drones to guard their safety. Those drones can attack competitors and officials. And they are a threat to SWAT officers. And maybe people like Putin already have drone swarms positioned on the Kremlin wall.

When we look at systems like the Ukrainian “Sting” drone. There is a possibility. That somebody copied those drones illegally. The civilian drone can be vulnerable to ECM. But the problem is that. Those systems must be on. The drone itself can hide in places like balconies. The remote-control devices can be installed into standard internet sockets. An operator can operate them anywhere on Earth or in space. Those drones can use FPV technology, but the operator can also use normal TV screens. And the drone can attack very fast. If the operator sits somewhere other than in the front. That person doesn’t need virtual glasses. Standard computer screens or TVs can be used to control those drones.
